Complete Terms & Conditions

Please read each clause carefully. These terms apply to all players using the aes365 platform.

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the aes365 website, mobile site, and all associated services accessible at a es365.pro and any subdomain thereof.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the aes365 platform.
• "Account" means a registered player account opened on the aes365 platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any sum of money staked by a player on a game outcome or sports event through the platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or reward offered by aes365 under specific conditions.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the functional currency of all player accounts on aes365.
• "MFS" means Mobile Financial Services, including but not limited to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To access the wagering and casino features of the aes365 platform, you must create a registered account. By registering, you warrant and represent that all of the following conditions are met and remain true throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at the time of any wager placed.
• You are registering and acting on your own behalf as an individual, not on behalf of a third party.
• You have not previously had an aes365 account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these terms.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, or if you are, you accept full legal responsibility for your use of the platform.
• All personal information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
• You will not allow any other person to access or use your account, and you accept responsibility for all activity conducted through your account.

aes365 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

3. One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on the aes365 platform. Opening, attempting to open, or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, a different name, or a shared device — constitutes a material breach of these terms. In such cases, aes365 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated wagers and bonuses, and retain any winnings generated from duplicate accounts pending an investigation. Intentional multi-accounting for the purpose of bonus harvesting will result in a permanent ban.

4. Deposits

aes365 accepts deposits denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits may apply at the transaction level depending on your chosen payment method; please refer to the cashier page for current limits.

• Deposits are credited to your account balance in BDT at the rate confirmed at the time of the transaction.
• aes365 does not apply a currency conversion surcharge. Any conversion fees applied by your MFS provider or bank are outside aes365's control.
• aes365 reserves the right to refuse a deposit or request additional verification before processing large deposits.
• Deposited funds may only be used for wagering on the aes365 platform. Depositing funds solely to withdraw them without wagering activity constitutes misuse of the payment infrastructure and may result in account review.
• All funds deposited on aes365 are used exclusively for wagering purposes. aes365 is not a bank and does not offer interest on account balances.

5. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of available balance (excluding locked bonus funds) at any time subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same MFS wallet or bank account used for the most recent deposit, as a fraud-prevention measure.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is approximately 15 minutes for MFS channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Bank transfers may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• aes365 reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks before processing withdrawal requests above ৳50,000. This may extend processing time by up to 48 hours.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements detailed in Section 7 before becoming eligible for withdrawal.
• aes365 does not charge a withdrawal fee. Any fees deducted by the receiving MFS or bank are beyond aes365's control.

6. Account Balance and Currency

All aes365 account balances are held and displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). aes365 does not maintain USD, EUR, or any other foreign currency account balance. Players are responsible for any tax obligations that may arise from gambling winnings in their jurisdiction. aes365 does not provide tax advice and does not withhold or report player winnings to any Bangladeshi government authority.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

aes365 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions are as follows:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balance and must meet the specified wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Unless stated otherwise, the default wagering requirement for any deposit bonus is 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonus offers are limited to one per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• aes365 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice if misuse, fraud, or technical errors are detected.
• Players found to be exploiting bonus systems through multi-accounting, coordinated wagering patterns, or other abusive strategies will have their bonuses voided and their accounts suspended.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without meeting applicable wagering requirements.

8. Sports Betting Rules

aes365 offers a sportsbook covering cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, and other sports. The following rules apply to all sports wagers placed on aes365:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the settlement rules for the relevant sport as published in the platform's sportsbook rules section.
• aes365 reserves the right to void any bet placed after the event outcome is known (late bet), where a system error resulted in incorrect odds, or where suspicious wagering patterns are detected.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per market apply. Please refer to the individual sport's rule page for current limits.
• In-play (live) betting markets operate under the same rules as pre-match markets. aes365 may suspend in-play markets at any time at its discretion.

9. Casino and Game Rules

aes365 hosts casino games including live dealer tables, slots, crash games, and fishing games supplied by third-party certified providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The following conditions apply:

• Each game is governed by its own game rules published within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading these rules before wagering.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round (server disconnection, game crash), the round will be settled in accordance with the game provider's disconnection policy. aes365 is not liable for losses caused by the player's own internet connection failure.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per game are displayed within the game interface and may vary by provider and game title.
• aes365 does not guarantee that all games will be available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, provider updates, or regulatory requirements may result in temporary unavailability of specific titles.
• Crash game multipliers and fishing game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems. No manual intervention by aes365 staff can alter a live game round in progress.

10. Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

aes365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides players with the following self-management tools, accessible from the account dashboard immediately after login:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits can be reduced immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum loss threshold per session, day, week, or month.
• Session reminders: Receive on-screen notifications at configurable intervals during a gaming session.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary (30, 60, or 90 days) or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion is processed within 24 hours of a verified request submitted to [email protected].

11. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aes365 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence to place wagers or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players or aes365 staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financially illegal activity.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform software to generate winnings that would not otherwise occur.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or conceal your true location.
• Providing false personal information during registration or the identity verification process.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the aes365 platform — including but not limited to the aes365 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game assets supplied under licence, and written content — is the intellectual property of aes365 or its licensed suppliers. Players are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Reproduction, redistribution, scraping, or commercial use of any platform content without prior written consent from aes365 is strictly prohibited.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aes365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruption. aes365's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

aes365 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which aes365 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from your use of the platform that cannot be resolved through direct communication with aes365 support shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the licensing jurisdiction. Players agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those arbitration proceedings and waive the right to participate in class-action litigation against aes365.

For all complaints and disputes, the first step is to contact aes365 support at [email protected] with full details of the issue. aes365 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a full written response within 14 business days.

15. Privacy

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by aes365 is governed by the aes365 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these terms you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

16. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between aes365 and the player with respect to use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements.
